Vouchers can be exchanged for VeronaCards at the Ufficio d'Informazione e Accoglienza Turistica IAT in Via Leoncino, 61,37121 VERONA open at the following times: Monday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m; Sundays and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On 25th December 2021 and on 1st January all museums are closed.

In particular for the Arena, check the timetable changes on show days and the timetable of public transport (ATV) - urban lines only. The VeronaCard does not include the Aerobus service;
From 6 August 2021, to enter museums and other cultural sites, it is compulsory to have a Green Pass, the COVID19 green certification, as required by Italian government measures to contain the contagion. Before entering the sites, visitors will be asked to show the certification, in paper or digital format, together with a valid identity document. The GREEN Pass is NOT required:
