The farm is a unique rice estate in the Venice area, where high-quality rice has been cultivated and processed for three generations, combining tradition, innovation, and respect for biodiversity.
This self-guided tour offers an immersive journey into sustainable agriculture and rice production. The experience is divided into two parts: an outdoor route through the fields and an indoor interactive visit inside the production facility.
Outdoors, you’ll follow a dedicated path using a multilingual map with QR codes, leading you to videos and informative panels that explain each stage of the rice-growing cycle, water management, and the surrounding ecosystem.
Indoors, you’ll access safe, interactive spaces overlooking the production area, including the rice milling room and tasting room. Here, large screens and video content provide a deeper understanding of how rice is processed from harvest to packaging.
The total route is approximately 500 meters and lasts about 45 minutes, allowing you to explore freely at your own pace. The tour is available in English, Italian, and German.
Your experience concludes with a local aperitif, featuring a craft beer — or an artisanal juice as a non-alcoholic option — served with artisanal snacks. All products are available for purchase in the on-site shop.
