You can obtain your access contribution on the official website https://cda.veneziaunica.it/en DEPARTURE -Departures from Punta Sabbioni are at pier n.4 in Cavallino-Treporti.Please be on time, at least arrive at the pier 10 min before for the ticket check-in. Consider planning some time for finding a parking spot, during the summer season sometimes you may struggle to find a close parking spot. CANCELLATION - Free cancellation up to 24h before departure. Your selected date is indicative. In case you wish to use it for another day please contact us. BAD WEATHER - In case of severe bad weather (heavy rain / wind) the boat cannot depart due to safety reasons. We may depart with rain, if the weather conditions may allow it. In case the boat tour is canceled you will be contacted by our staff, who will change your tour date. Your selected date is indicative, therefore you can use the ticket another day. DOGS - There is no weight or size limit. It is recommended that you bring a muzzle with you if there are other dogs on board. PARKINGS - At Punta Sabbioni you can find different toll parking just few minutes from the departure point. TICKET DURATION - The ticket is valid 6h (active only in the afternoon, from 1pm), 24h or 48h from the time you take the first boat. WHAT CAN YOU VISIT - With the help of the audioguides at each stop you can discover famous and secret places in total freedom. GLASS -BLOWING DEMOSTRATION IN MURANO - The glass-blowing demonstration is included in your ticket. The ELLEGI MURANO GLASS is a furnace just in front of our stop and will show you this ancient art. BOAT STOPS - You can find the boat stops online or from downloaded audioguides. Select the stop you need and the App will guide you. THE AUDIOGUIDE APP - To download the Pop Guide App and the audioguides you'll need Internet connection. Afterwards you can consult the audioguides offline. To download the audioguides: 1. Purchase our ticket, 2. Download POP Guide App, 3. Scan the QR code or enter the ID and Password provided on your voucher, 4. access and download all audioguides you want. Audioguides are available in Italian, English, Spanish, French, German. WATER LINES - With all the tickets you can freely use both lines to hop on hop off whenever you want. Number of trips is unlimited within ticket duration (24 / 48 h).
